Mike Eliason has been a lobbyist in Oregon since 2008, representing a spectrum of public and private sector clients. He has considerable experience influencing public policy makers, including legislators, local officials, agency directors, and licensing boards, among others. He began his advocacy career with the Association of Oregon Counties, serving in a variety of roles for AOC, including legislative director, legal counsel and interim executive director. He has also represented the Oregon trade associations for the commercial construction and forest products industries. In 2023, he started Eliason Public Affairs and now lobbies for a variety of clients, ranging from health care, technology, transportation and others. Eliason is also an attorney and active member of the Oregon State Bar. He lives in West Linn with his wife and two sons.
